As a satisfied Sling customer for 10 years, I am so frustrated and disappointed with recent service. I had 100 free DVR hours which was suddenly cut to 50, which meant losing 40+ hours of recording. One chat, 1 phone call, 1 successfully submitted ticket, and 11 days later no resolution. Terrible service.
