Though I have put less than a box of shells through it so maybe I am missing something. Like.I called MEC customer service, they said the part is not covered by warranty, need to buy a new assembly… What good is the warranty if brand new parts malfunction and the company doesn't replace those parts? I have a Mec Sizemaster in a 12 gauge. I have own the Sizemaster for 3 years now. I am just wondering if other reloaders get inconsistent powder drops from time to time. For me most of my loads are consistent 16.8 to 17 grains. But every once in a while it will start to throw high.Check the main post of the loader. There are two holes on the 600 Jr for changing from 3" to 2.5'. The loader should be lowered by using the highest hole in the center post. There should be a single bolt to loosen and lower it.
